Jason Chen,
Managing Director
Graduate of the National Taipei University of Technology, Electrical Engineering major, and the International Trade Institute of the China External Trade Development Council, Jason's previous work experience includes Account Executive at Data Expert. As part of his responsibilities, he lived in Europe for an extended period of time to promote IT products and handle sales activities. In 1995, Jason joined Era Public Relations Co. and was responsible for customer services, project/event planning and coordination, and coordinating strategic partnerships with foreign PR agencies. He oversaw PR events for major accounts including Intel, Compaq, Epson, Seagate, and Symantec. He was promoted to VP in 1997. In May 1999, eCom Public Relations Co. was established, and Jason served as the General Manager. Later he left eCom and founded Access in 2002.
Jason has experience and education in applied science. He is familiar with the technology development and sales/marketing of the IT industry. His expertise includes planning and organizing PR/marketing programs. Jason has many years of experience and in-depth experience with the media, particularly IT journalists.

Thomas Chou,
Account Director
Graduated from Information Technology department of TamKang University, Thomas's career started as a software engineer, after that, he worked with Concord System Integration Corporation-an IBM AS/400, RS/6000, PC product reseller, where he engaged in providing system integration services to mostly financial clients.
Thomas joined Hill and Knowlton PR Taiwan in 1997, served hi-tech clients like Oracle, HP, GE, Tektronix, etc.
From 2000, working in a .com company, he is in charge of the B to B to C business, chiefly cooperated with consumer banks. Not for long, he jumped back to IT field and worked in Sybase as a sales manager, selling products/solutions like database, SDT, CRM, BI.
Thomas joined AccessPR in Oct. 2003.
With years of experience in IT field, Thomas not only owns outstanding knowledge about IT industry, but is trained to be rather considerate when serving client. Further, Thomas earns commendation from both clients and colleagues for his preciseness on carrying on PR plan.
Wanning Liao, Project Manager
Wanning Liao is the account manager of Access Public Relations. Since joining AccessPR in 2002, her ever-cheerful spirits and ability to quickly pick up on new trends and pass on those insights had helped build strong client relationships. She won clients’ trust and respect with a strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm, as well as result-oriented professionalism, particularly in the fields of integrated communications planning and analytical skills.
During the past, she lead a small team to serve an exciting list of retainer clients and a handful of project-based clients. She was also the main contact window for the agency’s partner network and closely co-worked with her counterparts in China and Hong Kong on several cross-regional clients.
Her clients portfolio includes ARC, AT&T, Cirrus Logic, CSR, Microchip, MIPS Technologies, Philips Semiconductors, Phoenix Technologies, Tegic Communications, Wind River, Zetex Semiconductors and many others. In addition, while serving Philips Semiconductors she strategized the media events in Computex Taipei for the years of 2002 and 2003, and she lead a team of 9 in the preparation and execution of BenQ International Press Conference of Computex Taipei 2005 – resulting in an outstanding array of coverage and considerable positive endorsement for AccessPR.
Wanning hold a bachelor degree in English Literature from National Central University, Taiwan, and a master degree in Neurolinguistics from McGill University, Canada. She speaks fluent Chinese, English and French.
Isa Hsieh, Account Manager
Isa brings to AccessPR many years of experience as a marketing specialist. Prior to AccessPR, she was a producer of News Analysis Program in the Broadcasting Corporation of China, a producer of On-Sites News Globally Program in CtiTV, a project manager in Good Weather Creative Production Company.
Isa concerns much about environmental protection and the minority community, and while working in the media, she interviewed many social organizations to address issues such as ecological and environmental protection. She worked as a public relations team leader and also served as Praise Duo leader in the Blind Service Department of Eden Social Welfare Foundation. Now she still volunteers in the department to copywrite and to help with projects on fund raising activities.
With acute observation and being familiar with the media and social welfare environment in Taiwan, Isa is good at using topicality and social welfare issues to do PR. Furthermore, she is skillful to create win-win situations between corporate branding and social welfare promotion, corporate branding and environmental protection.
