Preparations:
Physical Setup of Conference Room
Promotional premiums packed the venue
starting right from the main entrance, and 30 promotional logo
flags of both sides were made to display. Alternating flags
served as an arresting eye-catch for the guests upon their
arrival. Meanwhile, three flags from both companies were located
around the respective first tee-off areas, fully promoting and
highlighting the company images.
Gift packs
A free pack was given away as a welcome gift
to the guests on their arrival. Inside the souvenir bags were
polo shirts with VERITAS and HDS logos, caps imprinted with this
activity name, and sports hand towels. This was not only
immediate useful, but also enhanced company fames of either
sides.
Day of the event
Golf tournament
There were 81 persons participated in this
match, attendance 85%. Everything ran well and smoothly as each
player hit with relaxing joy. Digital cameras were used to
capture and record each move of the whole event. Players of both
teams had ones’ own self-portraits at the first tee-off area, as
well as the group photos. Group photos were developed before the
dinner, and delivered to each participant as a touching surprise
from the organizer.
Dinner
Those who didn’t make for the golf match
attended the dinner with high spirit. There were 90 persons in
total presented the dinner party. Photos and films shot on the
golf match were constantly played on the screen that evening,
while karaoke programs and equipment were available as a side
entertainment. Both companies and the guests communicated well
during the feast, and the whole event came to an end in joy and
harmony.

Benefits
The golf
friendly-match helped greatly in bring closer the relationship
between HDS, VERITAS and clients. This relaxing activity not
only strengthened the interactions among the participants,
but also helped both sides to discover new potential business
opportunities.
